November is hikes, family and football

Here I am hiking with friends to the suspension bridge. It was a beautiful morning and great to get out!
We spent most Sundays talking to Kate for a couple hours. We love it! So great to be part of her mission.

 Doggies got their haircuts!

November was the primary program, and I got to be the chorister one last time. I practiced with them on Sunday after the Japan trip and on a Saturday, the day before. They were so cute and great! I had so much love for them!!
The Saturday before Thanksgiving, we all got together with the Iverson clan. Here we are doing a hike together. It was marvelous. Adam's Canyon.

Trying to cheer on the BYU cougars as they play Cincinnati. They won, making it 10-1

Sunday after the fun, I conducted RS for the first time (first time in there since primary) and also taught the lesson because Bridget got sick. Wow, that was a pretty big first day back. I survived, though I was frantically pulling things together the hour before church. I am so grateful that I had read through the lesson two times during the week before!

Thanksgiving morning, Audrey, Graham, Nicole and I went to Bells Canyon to hike. We almost made it to the lower falls before we had to hurry back home.
Sharing what we are thankful for on Thanksgiving.
We had Julie and her family, Jen and her family and Gary and Kathy all come over. Neat day!
And, Audrey stayed from Tuesday night until Sunday night, so we got so much time with her!!! We went to a knives out movie on Thanksgiving night, and on Friday, decorated the Christmas tree and went rock climbing and to Cafe Rio.
This was our experience at The Quarry in Provo. Very fun!

Saturday, Audrey, Chad, Graham and I went to the football game vs UCF. We won, 11-1 now, in the Big 12 championship game this week. Graham and Chad are going to Texas to watch. We still hope to beat Texas Tech and go to the football playoffs.
